This will provide a forum where new developers and hobbyists are provided the opportunity to create revenue from their endeavours. Surprisingly few good opportunities exist for these young developers, who are often very talented and are the future of the industry. By assisting new developers we propagate the talent and knowledge pool in the industry, individuals we have built good working relationships with. When we move into larger projects, we will have a large number of programmers we could call on for support. While the casual game producers look to reap the rewards, our members will be given access to, brand new, never released before, casual games; this increases our data base community, further again. The large volume of traffic to the site will dramatically increase advertising revenue, which will fund the game developers.
