Endorsed members receive automatic entry into our Member gets Member Program (Herein after referred to as MGM). A free member may qualify as an MGM by introducing ten other endorsed members. As aforementioned when an individual becomes an Endorsed Member he/she receive their first bonus of “Pool Lot Points”, so called for when the total of all points allocated to all members of the EMA Community are added together form a pool of points. By implementing the PLPs EMA Network Administration are able to accurately track how each member of the community is related to any other through introduction. This provides us with very real demonstration of how active every member is in regards to promoting EMA Community membership to others. All future bonuses will be directly linked to the total PLPs accrued by the Member. The initial PLP bonus that a new Member receives ranges from 100 PLPs to 25,000 PLPs depending on level of membership purchased. When an MGM introduces another MGM he/she is allocated an “IT bonus” (Introduction bonus) paid in PLPs. The amount of the first level bonus is equivalent to 50% of the PLPs received by the new MGM. However to qualify for the payment of the PLP bonus the MGM must first introduce a minimum of two MGMs (A Pair) or the equivalent. When an MGM has introduced ten new *Genuine MGMs (Endorsed Members Listed in MGM Program) he/she qualify for a double bonus. This is considered a significant achievement and the Member is recognized as a Rookie Of Leadership “ROFL Level” (Sleet speak for: Rolling on floor laughing), for showing his or her initiative the total amount of their PLPs are double and all future bonuses will carry double point value. No direct cash bonus is paid for introducing MGMs but potentially huge equity value is developed through the aggregation of PLPs. As the new MGMs introduce members they in turn get a PLP Bonus and his/her introducer receives a second level PLP Bonus, an amount equivalent to 50% of their own bonus. This pattern is duplicated throughout the EMA Community and hence any time in the future a new member joins PLP Bonuses are passed all the way back up the introduction line to the originating member. It is through the implementation of this business model and tracking method we are able to offer our community members a share in EMA Networks total profit. Based on a matrix system a percentage of up to 33% of EMA Networks total profit will be paid into pools to be shared by the MGMs in a dividend bonus. The bonus is paid in the form of EMA Credits directly proportionate to the member’s total PLPs. EMA Credits may be used in various ways; Members will be able to use credits to purchase products through the web site, purchase additional PLPs, use credits in our online games, or exchange credits for cash at the EMA Exchange. Each division will be placed in various pools (yet to be determined) as we envisage at some stage pools will eventually have to be closed, due to community growth. When this happens, as the community exceeds the One Million Member mark MGMs will be given the option to list their PLPs from various pools on the EMA Exchange. At this time when new members are introduced they will be limited to new pools, or PLPs listed on the EMA Exchange.

The entire program is set up to play out like a game. This is about having fun and if it all works well, the game will pay the members a wonderful dividend bonus. We would like to make it clear to all potential members that this is not a “Pyramid Scheme” making outrageous claims and there is no direct cash payments made to members for introductions. We make no claim of guaranteed financial return for any effort any individual should make on promoting EMA Community membership. Pyramid schemes are designed in a way where it is simply inevitable that some individuals must loose. However the geometric progression used in the concept for accumulation of funds is actually a powerful one, but if those funds are not utilized to create equity or revenue, there can never be more total funds than individuals have invested. It is not the concept used for the accumulating of funds that is the issue; it is the way the funds are distributed that creates the problem. A simple principle in life is you can’t take more out than you put in! This applies to everything, somewhere or somehow you pay the price. This is why pyramid schemes always end in disaster, while the majority pay the price for only a few to make money.

When designing the EMA Network Opportunity we wanted to implement various advantages from numerous business models including that of Network Marketing. We concluded the largest down side to network marketing was the selling of product. Individuals are comfortable introducing others to something good but those who are not experienced in professional selling often find the marketing part of networking too far beyond their comfort zone to succeed. We believe that if members are left to focus purely on promoting membership to assist in community population growth and that distribution and marketing is left to the professionals; we get all the benefits of the best of networking without the deterrents and limitations. Using a highbred type business model never used before EMA Network has been designed to create the most effective system of delivering a proportionate benefit to everyone concerned. Hence our creed EMA Network Community, “Where Everyone Wins!” but the success of the community is dependent upon us all. If together we grow that community, the potential large accumulation of resources will allow us to achieve something great, we would be creating history! As an endorsed Member the benefits we are building into the community will create great value alone. However if a member wishes to read the information, that will be available to the public about our, projects, plans, and visions for the future, the prospect of accumulating a large number of PLPs could be a very exciting one.

The model we have developed raises revenue in a way not too dissimilar to the concept behind revenue raising for a newly Publicly Listed Company. Listed corporations raise revenue by, listing new shares at a low cost on a stock exchange, to attract investor interest. However supposedly an investor is given protection by the securities market they are dealing with. This does not prevent organizations from failing and investors loosing their entire, often sizable investment. The difference is a publicly listed company helps individuals to feel more secure, with the implied promise that the company is run well. We don’t give guaranteed results but we have no intention of failure either. Our corporate goals and thus financial goals are based on the success of the enterprise and in turn success for the members. The difference with our business model to a listed company is; we allow you invest as little as $10, allow you to be involved in the company growth through promotion and will give you points offering dividends in proportion to your efforts? This aside we ask all new community members to treat the MGM Program as a game, have fun with it, watch your pool lot points grow but introduce others to the community on the basis of the benefits we have to offer. If you choose to believe in the concept of building a community where, the ideals, values, and foundational principles create an esprit de’ corps, will bread opportunities for success; you will enjoy the process. The more you build by promotion, the more you will have the opportunity to impact that community.

We believe the launch of our Member Gets Member Program, simultaneously with our Mathsable game, will create a population explosion in the EMA online community. This will dramatically increase our revenue base to complete projects and continue others. Our market research shows it would not be unreasonable to expect as many as one million new members within one year from launch!
